Board
Open Board in the sidebar, or go to #board. The header title becomes Board and hides persona-only session controls. A count on the Board tab is the number of blocked cards.
The top half is Today. Refresh reloads the coordinator digest. Brief is the latest written brief, with the time it was written. Under it, the digest lists cards, runs, and upcoming work from the last day. An empty day reads “No activity in the last day.”
Columns
Section titled “Columns”The board under Today has four stages: TODO, PLAN, BUILD, and VERIFY.
Add card creates a card from the title field. Leave the owner on Current persona, or pick a persona. Filter by owner limits the columns.
On a card:
- The owner menu reassigns it.
- Auto advances the card when a stage finishes.
- Deploy runs the current stage. While it runs, the button reads Running….
- Complete finishes the card. It stays disabled after that.
- A blocked card shows the reason in brass.
- A proposed change has Accept and Reject.
Open a card for the ticket: edit the title and owner, read the stage path (for example TODO → PLAN), and edit the Deploy prompt. Closing the ticket with an unsaved prompt asks you to discard it. Deploy and Complete are on the ticket as well.
From a group message, Make card adds a card whose title is the start of that message. From the inbox, Open on a todo focuses that card.
