Records
Records in the header opens this menu. On a phone it is inside Tools. Principles, Memory, and Agent run debug are available while a persona module is open.
Schedules
Section titled “Schedules”Creates and manages scheduled prompts for this chat. Full steps are on Schedules. A badge on the menu is the unread run count. Opening All runs acknowledges those runs.
Artifacts
Section titled “Artifacts”Artifact library lists outputs and attachments for this persona. Each link is the exact published file.
Search filenames. Filter by file type, by Active or Trash, by created-before date, and by job id.
Select a row to preview it. Pin keeps that file (the row shows a star). Unpin releases it. HTML and PDF preview in the frame. Text preview is limited to 256 KiB; download the file for the rest. The detail line shows the source path, the job id when one was recorded, and the status. A pinned file in Trash reads “Kept while pinned.”
Select page checks the visible page. Move to Trash sends the checked files to Trash. Restore sends them back. Select candidates checks unpinned files that were superseded, plus unpinned files older than the date you set, so you can review them before moving them.
Trash keeps unpinned files for the retention shown on the page (30 days unless the server says otherwise). After that, the published copy is removed. Original files stay on disk unless you delete them in the review. Pinned files are kept. Review deletion states how much managed storage can be reclaimed and that shared data is retained. Old links then report deletion.
Indexing of existing files can run in the background. A failure says which files could not be indexed. Refresh retries safely.
Terminal
Section titled “Terminal”Terminal is an interactive shell in the gateway workspace. It is operator-only. It appears when WEB_AUTH_TOKEN is set and WEB_TERMINAL_ENABLED is on. The command palette’s Open Terminal uses the same gate.
Principles
Section titled “Principles”Workspace principles (AGENTS.md) edits the shared principles file for this workspace. It is the same file the bot loads from the configured workspace path, or from VAULT_PRINCIPLES_PATH when that is set. The dialog shows the path. Reload reads the file again. Save writes it. A missing file is created on the first start. An existing file is left as it is until you save here.
Memory
Section titled “Memory”Persona memory edits this persona’s tiered memory file. The layout is Memory file. Memory is context, not a task queue. The path is shown above the editor. Reload and Save read and write that file. This editor is not the operator memo in the cockpit.
Agent run debug
Section titled “Agent run debug”Agent run debug shows the latest saved run for this persona: the tool and iteration trace, and, for new runs, the system prompt plus the messages sent on the first model call.
- Run trace steps iterations with Prev and Next, or with the left and right arrow keys. The header names the engine.
- Evaluators shows check output from that run.
- First-turn prompt is present only when that payload was saved.
Learn & optimize queues an optimization note from the trace. Optional guidance is combined with pre-delivery feedback from the run. The model is the system LLM job Learn and optimize. The button is disabled when no persona is selected.
