Memory file

Canonical persona memory is groups/{chat_id}/{persona_id}/memory_state.json. Append-only changes go to memory_events.jsonl.

The markdown view has three headings:

• ## Tier 1 — Long term holds identity and durable facts. Identity lines look like Identity|display_name=Desk.
• ## Tier 2 — Mid term holds terminology, preferences, and SOP pointers. An SOP line is SOP|id|vault_path|summary.
• ## Tier 3 — Short term holds recent focus. It is capped at 15.

Memory is context, not a task queue. The service briefing is separate from this file.
