Inbox
Inbox lists new bot messages across personas and open operator todos. The header badge is the unread count. Refresh reloads both lists.
New messages
Section titled “New messages”Each row is a persona and either main chat or a named session, with the time of the last bot message. Main chat is the continuous thread. A named session is a separate transcript. Open switches to that persona and session and closes the inbox. An empty list reads “No unread bot messages.”
A brass dot on the persona list is the same unread signal.
Todos are operator tasks the agent creates with add_todo. Each row names the persona. Open jumps to that todo on the board. Complete marks it done. An empty list reads “No open todos.”
Completing a todo here is the same act as Complete on its board card.
