Schedules
Open Records → Schedules, or the Schedules badge when a run is unread. The dialog creates and manages scheduled prompts for this chat. Cron schedules and background jobs use the same personas and tools as a live turn.
Each row is the prompt, the type, the next run, and the status. A running task reads active. Change the persona from the row.
Show completed / cancelled includes finished tasks. With it off, an empty active list says to turn the switch on.
Add a task at the bottom:
- Write the prompt.
- Choose Cron or Once.
- For cron, enter five fields (
0 9 * * *) or six (0 0 9 * * *, with seconds first). A five-field value gets a0seconds field. For once, enter an ISO 8601 time such as2025-12-31T09:00:00Z. - Runs only keeps the result in the run log. Post to chat transcript attaches the finished run to the chat.
- Pick the persona and press Add.
Timezone for those times is the workspace timezone from Settings → Environment. When that value is unset, the scheduler uses UTC.
On the thread, Hide scheduled keeps those runs out of the transcript without removing them.
All runs
Section titled “All runs”All runs lists executions. Opening this view acknowledges unread runs and clears the badge. A run row opens Run # with its output. A finished run that was set to post to the transcript is attached back into the chat.
